1. Purpose

This Agreement describes the terms under which individuals register and perform field inspections using the Inspectio platform operated by .

2. Inspector Eligibility

Inspectors must meet age, identity and operational eligibility requirements communicated during registration and onboarding.

3. Registration

Registration may begin on the website and continue in the Inspector mobile application, including verification steps required by Inspectio.

4. Profile Information

Inspectors must keep profile, work-area and contact information accurate. Sensitive identity documents, where required, are collected through the app workflow.

5. Inspection Assignments

Task offers may be based on location and operational needs. Accepting a task creates an obligation to perform the inspection according to platform instructions.

6. Inspector Responsibilities

Inspectors must attend sites as required, complete forms carefully and follow safety and access instructions applicable at the location.

7. Inspection Standards

Inspections must follow the questionnaire and evidence requirements presented in the app for each task.

8. Location Requirements

Location verification may be required to confirm the inspector is at the assigned structure.

9. Photo and Video Evidence

Evidence must be original, relevant and captured during the inspection. Manipulated or misleading media is prohibited.

10. Accuracy of Information

All answers and observations must be truthful to the best of the inspector's knowledge.

11. Confidentiality

Inspectors must not disclose confidential business or site information obtained during inspections except as needed for platform use or legal duty.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, unsafe behavior, harassment, unauthorized access and misuse of credentials are prohibited.

13. Inspection Review

Submissions may be reviewed by supervisors. Approval or rejection may affect payout eligibility for that task.

14. Rework / Resubmission

If a submission is rejected with reasons, the inspector may be required to correct and resubmit within the workflow.

15. Payments

Approved work may be paid according to Inspectio's payout process and any applicable rates or policies communicated in the product.

16. Taxes

Inspectors are responsible for taxes and statutory obligations applicable to amounts they receive, unless law or a written agreement states otherwise.

17. Suspension / Termination

Inspectio may suspend or terminate inspector access for policy violations, quality issues or inactive accounts.

18. Data and Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Intellectual Property

Inspectors grant Inspectio a license to use submitted inspection content for platform operation and related business purposes.

20. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised through Inspectio support channels. Formal dispute processes will follow applicable law and any written agreements.
