1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Inspectio websites, dashboards and applications operated by .
2. Definitions
"Platform" means Inspectio software and related services. "Business", "Inspector" and "Supervisor" refer to user roles on the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any role-specific eligibility requirements to use the platform.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Business Use
Business users may use the platform to manage structures, coordinate inspections and review outcomes subject to these Terms and any commercial agreement with Inspectio.
6. Inspector Use
Inspectors use the platform and mobile apps to receive tasks, complete inspections and submit evidence. Additional inspector-specific terms may apply in the Inspector Agreement.
7. Inspection Services
Inspectio provides software and workflow tools for inspection operations. Unless separately agreed in writing, Inspectio does not itself perform physical inspections as a field contractor for every engagement.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must use the platform lawfully, accurately and in accordance with operational instructions applicable to their role.
9. Inspection Evidence
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of information, photos and videos they submit. Evidence may be reviewed by authorized supervisors and businesses.
10. Payments
Payment terms for businesses and payouts for inspectors are governed by the applicable commercial terms, invoices and in-product payment workflows.
11. Intellectual Property
Inspectio retains rights in the platform, branding and software. Users retain rights in their own content, subject to licenses needed to operate the service.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with security, submit fraudulent evidence, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns or inactivity, subject to applicable agreements.
14. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspectio's liability is limited as set out in the governing commercial agreements and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Inspectio against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or unlawful content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction for matters permitted under applicable law. Registered office: .
